Design and configure
Start from a model or stack your own. We settle the modules, the floors, the roof and the finish, and give you a quote.

Factory
The modules are built off site as finished pieces of the house, with our partner builders' prefabrication know-how.

Delivery
The finished modules travel by road to your plot, in Rwanda or elsewhere in Africa.

Installation
On site the modules are lifted onto the base and joined. That takes days, not months. Then you move in.

Build one yourself.
Choose the floors, the width, the roof and the finish. The house rebuilds as you go. When it looks right, send it with your quote request.

We accept RWF, USD, EUR and GBP. If a one-off payment is not possible, ask us about the instalment plan.

How long does it take?
Putting the modules together on your plot takes days. The whole project also depends on the design, the factory schedule, the journey to your plot and whether the plot is ready. Your quote comes with a timeline.
Can I add a floor later?
Yes. The modules stack. Say so at the start, so the base and the first floor are made to carry more.
Where do you deliver?
In Rwanda and across Africa. Tell us where the plot is and we will tell you plainly what we can do there and what it adds to the cost.
Who builds the modules?
We work with construction firms in China that specialise in prefabrication and large-scale methods. They bring the know-how; we bring it to your plot.
What does my plot need?
Road access for a truck, room to lift the modules in, and a base to set them on. We check this with you before anything is built.
How do I pay?
In RWF, USD, EUR or GBP. Our instalment housing plan is described on the housing page; ask us whether it can apply to your project.
Are the models' prices fixed?
No. The models on this page are examples, and Bona confirms their specifications and prices. Every quote is written for your plot and your configuration.
